Hello and thank you for this vidéo ! very interesting , you haven't mentioned the broker job. Why ?
Don't you think that is is a good path to evolve in the finance world ? Jo
what about the wealth management??
hey mate thanks for the video! How about corporate advisory roles for companies that are outside of the big 4 eg mid tier accounting firms? can they be a stepping stone to the buy side as well?
Where does FP&A fall in here?
Really nice presentation
Very informative. Thank you.
SHIB
Is it a good idea to start a business after working in any of these fields? In Mexico for example, or just staying in the wealthy banks
where r u now, we need more vdeos!
What about someone who took a job in sales right out of school? Can they make the transition?
Don’t become a finance major if you want to make actual money. Finance majors are completely obsolete thanks to fields like CompSci. Major in Math, stats, or compsci, then go for masters in Quant finance or Computational finance if you actually want to make money in finance industry. Thank me later.
Thank you so much for this video!!
I like the way you explain everything .. It was wonderful to see you , i want to be in finance line ive done master in commerce and i dont know what courses should i opt in order to enter into finance line
Shyt man, youre getting 120,000 with no degree working as an insurance adjuster . invest your own money, whats the point.
2.73 gpa finance major CCSU. Aight imma head out 😂😂😂
How old are you when you watch this video
So in this video you have corporate development as a stepping stone job but every video I’ve watched on corporate development the person used investment banking to get their corporate development jobs. So is it a stepping stone or is it the endgame?
Hi, thank you. Please make more videos.
me going directly into vc :(:
I’m a capitalist. But if you work 120 hours a week, you’re literally living just to work for someone. Like as soon as you go home you’re in bed just to get enough sleep to keep you going, then as soon as you wake up you’re away again.
GPA advise, undergrad GPA is tougher. I was 3.3-3.5 undergrad but MBA was 3.8 (straight A's minus this one prof. I didnt respect).
So if your GPA isnt good, Grad school is actually really easy (GPA wise b/c less tests and more writing, projects, etc….. Soft stuff). Black/White or pass / fail- those ways of meauring you can get ya, but Grad school isn't much of that stuff or at least AS much = easier.
So if you need purely a GPA boost, google what Im telling you guys. Its proven to boost your GPA via grad school. I did an affordable MBA program at a private Christian University near my job (6-10pm in class after work) did it in my late 20's and it worked!
